Предлагается оригинальный подход к мотивации высшего руководства корпорации, основанный на применении опционных схем вознаграждения. Показывается сравнение обычных и долгосрочных программ вознаграждения высших руководителей корпорации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article sets out to discuss such important problem as the compensation plans of top management team at the corporate level. The author suggests an original approach for designing the strategic compensation system for top team members.
