Многолетний опыт решения конкретных задач для организаций, находящихся на разных стадиях кризисного процесса, дает понимание того, что не только инструменты менеджмента и экономические модели позволяют достичь желаемого результата. Использование в менеджменте мотивационных инструментов, антистрессовых технологий, необходимость развития в себе и сотрудниках новых навыков и компетенций привели к использованию отдельных аспектов психологии в антикризисном управлении.
