Project financing develops, both in domestic and foreign commercial bank infrastructure. In case of compliance with certain restrictive conditions may allocate a separate project unit in the foreign bank infrastructure, while respecting the rules of banking legal system. It is necessary to establish the Association of insurance transactions related to project financing in order to create a single insurance fund for legitimate termination of the project units and for additional funding for the completion of existing projects. There is a need to create a single information center for a full disclosure of existing transactions in project financing and project development history.
