Создание ценности на основе интеллектуального капитала происходит за счет повышения эффективности организации, увеличения ее динамических способностей, генерации инноваций различного типа, поэтому особое значение имеет способность организации управлять изменениями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the second part of the article we propose a model of intellectual capital, which is regarded as a "storage" of accumulated enterprise's knowledge, which is updated and used by means of "flows" - the processes of knowledge management.
