В данной статье малый бизнес рассматривается как одна из главных составляющих развитой экономики. Он выполняет ряд задач, которые позволяют ей гармонично развиваться. Поэтому совершенствование всей системы государственной поддержки малого предпринимательства становится необходимым условием успешного развития рыночной экономики в Российской Федерации, особенно в условиях кризиса. В данной работе исследованы поручения президента РФ В.В. Путина по вопросам развития малого и среднего бизнеса. Раскрыта проблема недоверия бизнеса сегодня к государственной поддержке. Рассмотрено состояние малого и среднего бизнеса в России в период кризиса, приведены статистические данные. Отмечается важность усиления совместной работы банков и институтов развития бизнеса при отборе инвестиционных проектов, поскольку это сокращает время, повышает благонадежность отбираемых проектов, а также их жизнеспособность.
In this article, small business is regarded as one of the main components of a developed economy. It performs a number of tasks that allow it to develop harmoniously. Therefore, the improvement of the whole system of government support for small business is becoming a prerequisite for the successful development of small business in the Russian Federation, especially in crisis times. This work observes 11 orders of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on the development of small and medium businesses. Disclosed problem of today’s business distrust to government support. It noted the importance of strengthening co-operation of banks and institutions of business development for the selection of investment projects, as it reduces time, increases reliability of selected projects and their viability.
