Быстрота и глубина изменений, происходящих во внешней среде, диктуют необходимость поиска и наращивания российскими высшими учебными заведениями динамических способностей.

Высшим учебным заведениям, которые хотят использовать свои динамические способности, необходимо определенным образом строить конкурентное поведение.

Для того чтобы стать лидером на рынке, университет должен обозначить стратегию развития таким образом, чтобы она базировалась на нескольких устойчивых конкурентных преимуществах, а не на одном.

Speed and depth of the changes happening in environment, dictate need of search and building by the Russian higher educational institutions of dynamic abilities. Higher educational institutions which want to use the dynamic abilities, need to build competitive behavior definitely. To become the leader in the market, the university has to designate development strategy so that it was based on several steady competitive advantages, instead of on one.
