В статье предложен алгоритм, в рамках которого на основании расчета финансовых коэффициентов, а также использования производственной функции Кобба-Дугласа в классическом виде и в модификации Я. Тинбергена, выявлены причины кризиса на ведущих предприятиях авиационной промышленности России. На основании результатов анкетирования экспертов АО «РСК «МиГ» обоснован вывод, что на современном этапе политические и научно-технические риски наиболее опасны для деятельности предприятий отечественной авиационной отрасли. Рамочно обозначены основные направления антикризисных мероприятий по улучшению ситуации на предприятиях авиационной промышленности.
The algorithm is proposed in the article, including on the basis of calculation of financial coefficients, as well as the use of the production function of Cobb-Douglas in the classical form and modifications of J. Tinbergen, the causes of the crisis in the world aviation industry enterprises of Russia. Based on the results of the survey of the expert of JSC «RAC «MiG», the conclusion is substantiated that at the present level scientific and technical studies of the most dangerous industries for the domestic aviation industry are carried out. The main directions of anti-crisis measures for the economy at the enterprises of the aviation industry are outlined.
