Интерес для частного капитала представляет лишь узкий круг проектов, реализуемых в сфере транспорта и добычи природных ресурсов. Данная статья освещает текущее состояние государственно-частного партнерства, а также оценку области применения механизмов проектного финансирования для развития регионов Дальневосточного федерального округа.
15 years of experience shows that private and foreign investors do not tend to the Far East. Interest in private equity is only a narrow range of projects in the transport and extraction of natural resources. This article highlights the current state of the public-private partnership, as well as evaluating the scope of project financing arrangements for the development of the Far Eastern Federal District.
