В статье рассматривается использования динамических способностей в организациях как фактор формирования конкурентных преимуществ. Проанализированы результаты исследований зарубежных авторов. Представлена краткая схема по выявлению динамических способностей, а также выявлены недостатки и нерешенные вопросы концепции динамических способностей.

The article deals with the use of dynamic capabilities in organizations as a factor of the formation of competitive advantages. Analyzed the research results of foreign authors. A short scheme for identifying dynamic capabilities is presented, also shortcomings and unresolved questions of the theory of dynamic capabilities are revealed.
