Современные отраслевые рынки ищут пути оптимизации свой деятельности. На этом пути широко применяются технологии форсайта, а также технологии управления динамическими способностями предприятий. Проблемы эффективного прогнозирования развития экономики и производства, в том числе функционирования и развития тех или иных отраслевых рынков в кризисный для общества, его экономики и политики период, тесно связаны с так называемыми динамическими способностями предприятий, их умениями перестраиваться и диверсифицироваться в связи с тенденциями отраслевого рынка, выделять как сильные, очевидные, так и слабые, малозаметные, но важные тенденции, в том числе угрозы и перспективы развития, вызовы времени и вызовы региональных рынков. Цель исследования – анализ форсайт-компетенций как компонента динамических способностей (компетенций) предприятий / менеджеров предприятий. Метод исследования – теоретический анализ места форсайт-компетенций в структуре динамических компетенций предприятий, позволяющих оптимизировать деятельность отраслевых рынков.

Modern industry markets are looking for ways to optimize their activities. On this path, foresight technologies are widely used, as well as technologies for managing the dynamic capabilities of enterprises. The problems of effective forecasting of the development of the economy and production, including the functioning and development of various industry markets in crisis for the society, its economy and policy period, are closely related to the so-called dynamic capabilities of enterprises. The purpose of the study is the analysis of foresight competencies as a component of the dynamic abilities (competences) of enterprises / managers of enterprises. The research method is a theoretical analysis of the place of foresight competencies in the structure of the dynamic competencies of enterprises
