Для достижения максимальной клиентоориентированности и успешной доставки своих продуктов, услуг и сервисов все больше компаний ориентируются на гибкие подходы к разработке продукта. Изменение бизнес-окружения и появление новых механизмов взаимодействия с клиентами приводят к необходимости создавать такие подходы, как «Бережливый стартап». Основным его принципом является процесс валидации в каждом процессе разработки продукта, который позволит увеличить возможность создания более качественного продукта и сократить время, затрачиваемое на пути от разработки до выхода на рынок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper examines modern methods and approaches to product development in the context of the volatility of the world market. To achieve maximum customer focus and successful delivery of their products, services and services, more and more companies are focusing on flexible approaches to product development. The changing business environment and the emergence of new mechanisms of interaction with customers lead to the need to create approaches such as "Lean Startup".
