Abstract
The matrix of RACI represents the simple tool used for definition of roles and duties and at execution of tasks or processes. It is used at management of projects and for display of duties in conditions of "AS-IS" and "TO-BE". In article techniques of drawing up a matrix of RACI and its use at administrative activity are analyzed.
