PUBLIC AND NON-PUBLIC COMPANIES: THE LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITES

Abstract

Reform of corporate law has changed the usual understanding of the classification of business entities. In place of open and closed societies came to public and non-public joint stock companies. Private companies as an organizational form no longer exists. In this regard, the company had difficulties with the definition of their status.
