УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КОРПОРАТИВНЫМИ ЗНАНИЯМИ. ЧАСТЬ 1: СТРУКТУРА ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА

Аннотация

В первой части статьи приведен обзор литературы, посвященной управлению корпоративными знаниями, даются определения сигналов, данных, информации и знания, рассматриваются различные варианты классификации знания и обсуждается структура интеллектуального капитала. Выделены основные его составляющие: человеческий капитал, внутренний и внешний организационный капитал.
