FORMS OF PURCHASES IN LOGISTICS OF THE VERTICALLY INTEGRATED CORPORATIONS

Abstract

Vertical integration of the enterprises is object of both economic, and legal researches. Interest is caused, on the one hand, by identification of a set of ambiguous social and economic consequences of integration, and with another – complexity of legal regulation of creation and functioning of vertically integrated corporate structures. In economy of Russia the role of these structures is huge, as such key industries as oil, metallurgical, chemical, and a number of subsectors of mechanical engineering consist of vertically integrated corporations. World experience shows that the basis of the economy of the developed countries are the large integrated structures in which possibilities of the industrial, financial, trade, information and intellectual capitals therefore it is obvious accumulate that structures of this sort are a support for development of the Russian economy. Efficiency of activity of the integrated corporation depends on the chosen form of purchases. Today, electronic forms of purchase, especially such as tenders are the most actual. The content of the concept «tender» is specified. Advantages and disadvantages of use of tenders are revealed. Classification of tenders is given, and also features of participation in them are marked out.
