THE "TRIPLE HELIX" OF A REGION: A STUDY OF BARRIERS OF INTERACTION AND COOPERATION FOR INNOVATION
Abstract
The empirical study of potential and real barriers for cooperation in innovation in Krasnodar region is conducted. The statistical analysis of results is made using nonparametric methods. Some conclusions on the role of regional authorities are made.
