EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT AS A WAY OUT OF CRISIS

Abstract

The reasons for the increase in the number of bankrupt firms are investigated. The role of external management for the firm is analyzed. Positive and negative aspects of external management are considered, as well as ways to get the firm out of a crisis situation. Statistics of external management in the Russian Federation is given in articl.
