TRANSPARENCY OF THE PENSION SYSTEM FOR THE PARTICIPANTS IS A CONDITION OF ITS FEASIBILITY
Abstract
In this article the author analyzes the pension system of the Russian Federation and the information sharing process of insured persons using the theory of social systems formulated by Nicklas Luman. The author suggests certain measures aimed at modernization of the information sharing process and keeping the transparency of the pension system and its self-reproduction as well.
