VARIETIES OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY RECRUITMENT AGENCIES ON LABOR MARKET

Abstract

On the basis of a preliminary analysis of the recruitment agencies operating in the market, a list of varieties of the services connected with the organization’s personnel management process is identified in this article. The formulated classification was highlighted on the basis of several factors: the purpose of the service, the level of closed positions, the period for which the personnel are provided, and sources of selection.
