MANAGING EXTERNAL RISKS LOGISTICS SYSTEMS
Abstract
The article explains the concept of external logistics risks. On an example of the situation in Ukraine made the analysis of political risks that impede the planned implementation of international trade contracts. The author gives advice on preventing political risks. The author explores the contractual framework of international commercial contract, namely section trade contract «Force Majeure».
