DURATION ANALYSIS PROCEDURES APPLIED IN BANKRUPTCY CASES OF RUSSIAN ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
In this scientific work the analysis of the medium terms, amount and types of bankruptcy procedures was made. It covers period from 2002 till 2013 and can be used to make a reasoned decision about improvement of bankruptcy legislation and enforcement practice.
