EVOLUTION OF APPROACHES TO PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article provides an overview of scientific positions in relation to various schools of personnel management, their main provisions. The relevance of the topic is justified by the search for possible effective scientific approaches developed by various management schools for their application in a modern organization in personnel management. The purpose of the article is to summarize the scientific positions that precede modern approaches to personnel management in the context of the evolution of socio-economic and organizational factors. Factors of the emergence of various directions are considered, the main accents of theories and their evolution are shown. Conclusions are made about the main unifying and various aspects of personnel management, which are manifested during the considered stages of the evolution of scientific approaches.
