Abstract
Since the basis of enterprise development is investment, during the crisis the company faces the necessity of effective investment planning and making quality investment decisions. This article describes the author’s vision of the concept of «investment activity» and «investment decision» for crisis organization and gives a phased scheme of making investment decision during the crisis including the characteristics of each stage.

Abstract
This article outlines issues associated with the current stakeholder approach implementation in public and in non-public companies. Besides, there are some external factors which prevent Russian companies from implementing stakeholder approach are highlighted. Authors assume that the Russian model of Corporate Governance should be modified, favoring the outsider model in order to incorporate minor stakeholders or reorganize corporate control. In addition, some measures that should help Russian companies to implement stakeholder approach are given.

Abstract
The article is exposing the issues regarding the transformation of the transport services market in Moscow within the last several years. The key tendencies of the market, altering in the area of the legal bases along with it´s influence on the acting of the transport companies are investigated in the following thesis. It is particularly focused on the collaboration of such companies and the measurements of their effective and steady functioning.

Abstract
In the article, the author considers mandatory saving part of the state pension system from the standpoint of classical economics. It is shown that the said part is linked to the virtual economy; as a result, the state pension system in the existing configuration represents a system of re-allocation of financial resources from employees to those who manipulates with fictitious capital, i.e. to corporations and financial institutes.

The article substantiates the role of intellectual capital as one of the most important factors to ensure sustainable development of the Russian Federation and its regions in the conditions of formation of the innovation economy. Identifies key issues requiring research in the sphere of control of the spatial distribution of intellectual capital. Adaptation-based models "Intellectual capital monitor (ICM) D. J. Williams. The Andriessen and C. D. Stem to the current Russian statistical indicators proposed system for quantifying the concentration of intellectual capital in the region.
