Remains a pressing problem of the feasibility of financing expensive innovation activities of transport, not many companies can afford to apply the latest achievements of science and technology due to the lack of a clear strategy of introducing new innovative technologies. The article discusses the technological factors that include increasing the life of the vehicle by increasing the engine life and also increase the level of innovativeness of the organization in the eyes of customers and competitors. Compiled a list of the main factors that may affect a decision about buying an innovative truck. Thus, the aim of the research is to justify expediency of introduction of innovative trucks on the methane gas, the enterprises of the Omsk region.

The article considers the ways of improving the management of providing public services process by Federal service for accreditation. Based on the analysis factors affecting the quality of government services are revealed: increased burden on the staff of the accreditation department, the "flow" of personnel, insufficient informatization of work on providing public services. These problems can be solved by expanding the functions and modernizing the structure of Federal state information system of Federal service for accreditation (FGIS of the Federal service for accreditation), the process of selection, adaptation and motivation of personnel improvement, auditing of working conditions, redistribution of the workload between the central body and territorial administrations of this organization.
The development tools and priorities of the State Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus are presented, each development tool is elaborated in detail, the estimation of this influence is given on organizational, control and other tasks standing before custom authorities of Republic. Particular attention is paid to the development of frontier infrastructure. Frontier infrastructure is a system of stationary posts, buildings, control stations, means of communication, warehouses, training fields, roads and etc. Description of all innovations is already inculcated and offered new ways of this infrastructure development.
