This article is devoted to development of methodological approaches to evalution of African energy markets’ strategic opportunities for Russian companies. The main research method in this paper is in-depth case study, which allows to test proposed approaches. The subject of case study is one of the largest African countries – Nigeria. A comprehensive analysis of nigerian energy market from the standpoint of quantitative indicators, technological and financial prospects, as well as the difficulties associated with entering the market, and the possibilities of overcoming them, is carried out. The long-term prospect of the feasibility of entering the energy markets within African countries has been identified.

The article discusses the features of modern corporate governance, identifies factors that increase the relevance of improving corporate governance and the weaknesses of modern corporate governance. Using the author’s approach based on system analysis, the basic principles, key problems are identified and the basic models of modern corporate governance are analyzed. The scientific novelty and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the author has identified the main factors for increasing the efficiency of corporate governance of Russian enterprises in the real sector of the economy.

Russia has gigantic territories that provide access to huge resources, but also require large expenditures for monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure in an appropriate state. The article discusses the possibilities of increasing the production efficiency of enterprises operating in remote areas with poorly developed infrastructure. To do this, it is proposed to consider the educational context, since for the growth of efficiency it is necessary to provide production processes with qualified personnel. It is proposed to pay attention not only to professional, but to psychological and pedagogical factors for preparing people for work at remote sites. The article also considers the possibilities of attracting migrants to work, given the growth of migration inflows. Attracting migrants to remote territories will help not only increase production, but also reduce social tension in society. In the future, it is planned to build a model for improving efficiency based on changes in individual factors.

In this regard, the article deals with the concept of space tourism, major world players in this field, their achievements and prospects, and also presents a comparative table of space tourism programs of different companies. In conclusion, the positive and negative aspects of space tourism are analyzed.
