THE INTEGRATIVE AND DISINTEGRATIVE PROCESSES INSIDE THE LARGE ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS

Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of organizational risks (risks of business forms), which influence the large organizational forms: corporations, concerns and conglomerates. In the process of detailed analysis of the real companies it was determined typical organizational risks of different kinds of big business forms, and, also, it was offered optimal business structures, depending on their strategies on the market. This research could be the base for development of crisis bailout plans for the large Russian and foreign companies under the economic instability conditions.
