DEVELOPMENT OF DYNAMIC ABILITIES AS FACTOR OF FORMATION OF STEADY COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF THE RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Speed and depth of the changes happening in environment, dictate need of search and building by the Russian higher educational institutions of dynamic abilities. Higher educational institutions which want to use the dynamic abilities, need to build competitive behavior definitely. To become the leader in the market, the university has to designate development strategy so that it was based on several steady competitive advantages, instead of on one.
