Abstract

In this article discusses the external factors that have a significant influence on the formation of the company's development strategy in the energy sector, taking into account that will help develop an optimal strategy and formulate the main directions through the systematization of available information. Proposed organization of work in the identification of these factors and to assess their level of influence.
