Abstract
In this paper innovative capacity is defined as a component of building of the mechanism of new economy. For this proposed mechanism for the use of innovative capacity of industrial enterprises and methods of measuring the effectiveness of innovative development. Finally, conclusions are made about the structure of the economic mechanism of the new economy.
