APPLICATION OF STRATEGIC PLANNING IN THE COMPANIES OF PERM KRAI
Abstract
The article brings to light the findings of the researching the way how Russian companies organize strategic planning process. The author reveals that Russian companies have formal planning procedures. In fact CEO’s in Russian companies conceive the importance of strategic planning for success but it isn’t true for small business.
