WHETHER PENSION SYSTEM SHOULD BE USED AS INSTRUMENT OF FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
In the article, the author considers relations between the financial and social aspects of the pension system taking into account provisions of the Russian Constitution stating that Russia is a social state. It is shown that the pension system should have complex impact on citizens, it should not be only an instrument of their financial coverage in case of disablement.
