THE TRANSFORMATION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF CRISIS

Abstract

The impact of Western sanctions on the Russian economy have led to a crisis in different sectors of the economy. State support of innovative projects has decreased significantly, private business do not always meet customer needs in the field of innovation. However, the development of innovative projects in the modern world is one of the key determinants of competitive advantage of companies. In this article the author examines the life cycle of competitive advantages and principles of strategic management in conditions of crisis, shows the main tasks of the management in the formation of competitive advantages and draws conclusions about the effective management of benefits in a crisis.
