ACCOUNT OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR ON THE RUSSIAN ICT MARKET IN ORGANIZING CAMPAIGNS TO PROMOTE IT SERVICES
Abstract
The article discusses the impact of consumer behavior on the consumption of IT services provider. It is shown that applying the results of research in media planning will increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to promote both existing and new services, IT services, which will increase the demand for services and providers to reduce costs.
