SYNERGY OF CORPORATE STRUCTURES AND INTERNAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
These materials describe separate elements of corporate governance related to interaction with corporate structures’ elements and emergence of possible synergetic effect. Also within the description of traditional company’s life cycle synergetic effect’s emergence cases determined at the certain stages of respective cycle. Practical interpretation of synergetic effect practical approach is described in the work. Existing state practical initiatives carried out in Russia allowing converting synergetic effect in positive economic indicators for existing corporate structures presented in the work. Importance to use specified principle at creation of practical business models is briefly defined in the article.
