Abstract
The article discusses statistics as a method for assessing the effectiveness of employees and the whole company. With the help of the author's approach based on a comprehensive analysis, methods of evaluating the results and the importance of applying this method in business are shown. The scientific novelty and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the author, on the basis of L. Ron Hubbard's management fundamentals, proposed a modified model of company management, one of the tools of which is statistics.
