This article contains recommendations on the development plan for a startup in the field of logistics outsourcing. Developed "road map" takes into account the dynamic changes in the environment of logistics outsourcing market. The "road map" illustrates the stages of data collection and analysis, development of strategies to promote services, preparation of commercial documentation and modernization of systems based on the analysis of the results of the implementation of the logistics process.

In article the concept of crisis management is considered. The main reasons compelling catering establishments are systematized to apply measures of crisis management. The main actions for overcoming of a crisis situation in the organization are offered. The actual issue of influence of food embargo on restaurant business in Russia is touched and possible ways of its decision are presented.

The article discusses the current state of Russian economy, analyses the causes of the crisis 2014-2015 and their influence on the stability of Russian enterprises.The author proposes the introduction ofpreventive crisis management and crisis management in formation system in the management of the company as a way to anticipate and prevent crises.

For a quantitative assessment of the level of investment in human capital an integrated indicator was developed — human assets index. It helped to estimate the level of human capital development in Russia and some countries of the G7. The calculation results allow to us to make a conclusion that there is the lack of financing state programs for the preservation and development of human capital in Russia.

This article observes the issues of management of financial stability for small business enterprises. The author argues that in order to maintain the required level of activity of the organization and further improvement of its work it is necessary to address issues of financial stability in detail. For this purpose, the top management of the organization should analyze the external and internal environment, as well as elaborate special rates of financial stability and their limit values that will detect areas of concern in the organization, taking into account the specifics of its activities.
