Abstract
From positions of current trends of development of post-industrial society J. K. Gelbreyt's thesis that in corporations the real power not owners, and infrastructure possess is considered. The author's interpretation of J. K. Gelbreyt's views which have occurred tectonic shift in the views of sources of the power in business in postidustrialny economy relative formulated during an era of industrial society is given.

Abstract
The creation of a mentoring institute in Russian leading companies reflects the current trend for the use of mentoring for the personnel learning and development programs. However, neither in scientific publications, nor in the practice of most organizations, this trend has not yet revealed itself. The article reveals a new role of mentoring as a form of interaction between employees in the aspects of competences and individual potential development, increase of involvement and evolution of behavioral models of personnel, relevant to the organizational strategy. On the basis of analysis of foreign studies and analytical reviews are highlighted new mentoring models and identifies their applicability in Russian organizations.

15 years of experience shows that private and foreign investors do not tend to the Far East. Interest in private equity is only a narrow range of projects in the transport and extraction of natural resources. Abstract
The article deals with the use of dynamic capabilities in organizations as a factor of the formation of competitive advantages. Analyzed the research results of foreign authors. A short scheme for identifying dynamic capabilities is presented, also shortcomings and unresolved questions of the theory of dynamic capabilities are revealed.
