In article attempt to identify and explore the factors and indicators of success medium business of the Chelyabinsk region. As the main factors influencing success, it is proposed to consider the presence of administrative barriers and the tax burden on medium-sized businesses. As key indicators of success medium business proposed to consider the efficiency, sustainability and growth of enterprises. The analysis of the influence of selected factors on the proposed success indicators in three key sectors of the Chelyabinsk region: wholesale trade, construction, metallurgical production and production of finished metal products.

Foresight is actively used worldwide within the framework of the national research and development policy. At that transformation of foresight into a regularly used tool of long-term forecasting depends on a number of institutional, organizational and political factors. The author attempts to identify such factors based on analysis of the foresight practice in the UK, Brazil and Russia.

The term "startup" appeared all a few years ago, but already very densely became current as are professional businessmen, and the practicing economists. In essence the startup represents the business starting "from scratch". As obligatory elements of a startup are considered: 

- Essentially new idea;
- Business plan;
- Financing source.

It is quite obvious that any business demands certain investments at the initial stage of the existence. Below we will consider, what sources of financing are used in the Russian market and as they correspond to what are used by the western colleagues.

In this work the main problems of introduction of process approach to management to the enterprises in the Russian conditions are considered, its advantages are designated, and also the main stages of reorganization of business processes of the enterprise are presented.

The author considers civilizational and social aspects of the query taking into account dynamics of the current economic and technologic trends as well as family values.

The matrix of RACI represents the simple tool used for definition of roles and duties and at execution of tasks or processes. It is used at management of projects and for display of duties in conditions of "AS-IS" and "TO-BE". In article techniques of drawing up a matrix of RACI and its use at administrative activity are analyzed.
