Abstract

In 2014, it became clear that Russia's new economic crisis began. Expected to occur and the deepening financial and economic problems for companies and organizations, increasing the risk of insolvency, bankruptcies, lowering income taxes and contributions to the budget system of the state and non-budgetary funds, reducing the ability to solve pressing social issues. Decided to implement the state anti-crisis plan. To stabilize the economy by the Government of the Russian Federation will be further allocated at least 1.4 trillion rubles. According to First Deputy Prime Minister II Shuvalov in the subjects of the federation until February 16 to be formed anti-crisis commission and develop a plan to respond to the crisis. In connection with the situation of particular interest is the study of the risk of bankruptcy of the real sector of the economy. We consider this problem in detail on the basis of the Russian statistical observation.

Abstract
The research makes a case for necessity of bankruptcy factors monitoring as a condition for a company’s strategic development. Any organization needs a development strategy and has to identify the optimal way of its implementation to minimize bankruptcy risks as well as to achieve stated objectives and sustainable development. When doing the strategic analysis you should take into account the following risks: 1) errors in its implementation; 2) lack of the strategy adjustment for the key factors identified in the strategic analysis and taken as a basis of the developed strategy. The research is focused on the above mentioned issues.

Abstract
In the article is argued that the evolution of strategic planning concept goes well together worldwide technological progress. The author reveals both origins and sources that have great influence on the initiation of strategic planning as a managerial concept and its expansion over the world. The article uncovers the chronological order in that the base terms of strategic planning had been emerged.

Abstract

The article discusses a new approach to the development of criteria and indicators for assessing the sustainability of the corporation. Sustainability is regarded as one of the three integral characteristics of corporations, standing alongside the activity and efficiency. Common vision of sustainability of the corporation as the ratio of its core and border is considered. The variants of design indicators is proposed, and the common assumption about the optimal range of their values is made.
