THE MODELS OF STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS WITHIN A CORPORATION

Abstract

The article considers the four business models of a corporation which are strategic investor, strategic leader, strategy controller and operator. According these types of business models the author characterizes the four models of strategic planning process within a corporation: decentralized, centralized, vertical and autonomous. In the article these models are described.
