METHODOLOGY AND THEORETICAL BASES OF MANAGEMENT AS CREATIVITY
Abstract
Describes the approach to the management as creativity. The quintessence of management as creativity is the concept of practicability of Business. We review some key management categories: the practicability of Business, mission of the head, three hypostasis of the head, the subject of the management, phenomenological method and other.
