Abstract
Thе article deals with the problems of information-psychological interaction in the organization, communication strategies, their classification, peculiarities of interaction in the con-text of parent-child models of organizational behavior, "child-parent" communication strategies, as well as the pathology management and collaboration that occurs on the basis of paternalism.
