PLACE AND ROLE OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC SYSTEM
Abstract
The article defines the role of human capital in the global ecosystem and the attitude of the personnel as to capital. Discusses approaches in economic and organizational theory of human capital management. In conclusion formulated the main directions of synthesis of traditional and modern approaches in technology-based human capital management.
