Abstract

Authors suggest specifically approach to integral rating in the group of best companies so at them capital. So on the most interest presents models of hierarchical convolution the indicators into an integral index are considered, on basis of which analysis the portfolio capital investment is based. To clarify decision, «stop» signal is used in relation to sale, so at buy signal must be justified by trajectory of stock purchases, taking into account correction in terms of risk. Authors have developed and tested detailed model for analyzing primary data on development of companies that are leading in terms of scale at activity in Russia. Based on analysis of indicators, groups are built according to fuzzy logic algorithm, which includes priority and hierarchical «smart» data analysis based at the expert system principle. The algorithm is new and created by authors of work, the software products have received an official examination. In this paper, an integral linear rating is constructed of first time and software product is presented that implements calculations according to author's methodology, taking into account multilevel classification by groups and smart graphics. Authors recommend using the tools developed in the article to improve the coordination of investment capital and increase the level of balance of financial manager decisions.

Abstract

The article examines the main potential internal threats to the economic security of enterprises. The classification of threats from different areas of companies is given, based on the opinions of various authors. Different views and conclusions were studied, as well as a general conclusion was made and, based on the results of the analysis, an information table was compiled with all potential threats to economic security.

Abstract

In the article, the author considers joint activity of a government and a banking sector to resolve one of the most critical social issue to raise families out of poverty and to prevent them from getting to that position. This goal is in line with the current agenda of United Nations in the sphere of stable development up to 2030.

It is suggested to create a range of social banking products for families in need. Also the author analyses capability of the banking sector to introduce product, which would initiate making savings by the mentioned families.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the topic of strategic alliances.  The list of factors contributing to the formation of a unique competitive advantage of a company participating in a strategic alliance is presented. Also, recommendations were developed for the successful entry of the company into a strategic alliance. A list of fundamental aspects of the formation of sustainable competitive advantages and effective strategic relationships within the framework of a strategic alliance between organizations has been formed.

Abstract

This article proposes effective customer retention strategies and the role of a regular customer base in reducing costs and increasing company profits. Formulas for calculating retention and churn rates are given with specific examples. The author of the article describes in detail why it is more profitable to retain customers compared to attracting new customers.
