The paper studies some opportunities of corporate social responsibility implementation that may improve Russian population’s health. The study shows such employees’ health support problems as ecological, organizational and social problems as well as economic, financial and informational issues. The analysis of the companies’ CSR including employees’ health increase measures has been given in the article. The paper also provides a way of employees’ health support measure extension by modern and traditional therapeutic techniques. The article explains the necessity to add CSR units that will provide employees not only with treatment but ill-health prevention, healthy lifestyle promotion and independent researches on the therapeutic measure influence on health condition, production and working efficiency rates. These studies are offered to be carried out by labor economics specialists.

 The article investigates the modern mechanism of investment attraction - crowdfanding, considers the main trends of the development of crowdfinding in the world and in Russia. Author substantiates role of crowdfanding in financing innovative projects of the digital economy, and also suggests solutions aimed at its legal regulation in Russia, taking into account international experience.

The article deals with the current trends the growing influence of large agro-industrial groups - agricultural holdings in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. It noted the ambiguous impact of agricultural holdings in the development of rural areas and, in general, their lower social responsibility. Some of the negative features of their economic activities are given. In particular, the meager demand for local labor and low wages of agricultural workers. Certain measures improving the regulation of the activities of agricultural holdings are proposed. The main ones relate to the establishment of limits of their monopoly position, the abolition of state support for them, the differentiation in taxation, and the application of the regulatory approach to the creation of jobs. We also introduce other measures aimed at the development of the Institute of Corporate Social Responsibility of agribusiness and strengthening of its social orientation.

There are reasons presence of national models of Corporate Social Responsibility in the article; we systematic criteria of comparative analysis of national models of Corporate Social Responsibility in the USA, Europe, Russia. We have identified features of models of Corporate Social Responsibility in Asia and Russia.

The article deals with the dilemmas in the field of corporate social responsibility of energy companies, which are formulated in accordance with the identified features of their studies on the basis of the largest energy companies.
