The topical issue considered in this article is the selection and management of the optimal sources of funding. Currently, virtually all Russian enterprises periodically face the problem of a lack of own funds for further development. Managing the sources of financing of an enterprise of any enterprise is reduced to the timely provision of operational and investment needs of the enterprise in financial resources at a low cost with minimal risk.
The article discusses the concepts: «personnel management», «talent management,» and the components of each of these processes. The functions of a typical talent management information system are presented, and an overview of software products of this class is made. The main trends in the development of talent management information systems are identified.
With the growth of the computer games market, the competitive environment of this industry is rapidly changing. The constant appearance of new players in the market leads to the need to form a new competitive strategy. In this article, the Porter’s Five Forces model is used as a theoretical foundation for analyzing the level of competition and justifying the choice of competitive strategy. This article investigates modern marketing communications with the emphasis on the importance of creating a model of communication management aimed at improving the results of market participation of the organization. Studying the transformation of the national economy, the trends of concentration of industrial and financial capital, digitalization and customer focus of national business are rightly noted. The author logically highlights the dominance of Internet advertising in the modern complex of communications, which for the first time in 2018 was ahead of TV advertising in terms of sales. Scientific novelty lies in the proposed model of management of a modern complex of marketing communications, which will allow management to increase the quality of customer service. Attention should be paid to the author’s emphasis on the importance of activating the feedback in the proposed model to adjust management decisions as a guarantor of the formation of demand, financial stability of the organization and the image of the organization.
The paper studies the dividend payments of the largest oil and gas corporations in Russia. Based on the analysis conducted by the author, their forecast is made and internal factors are determined that have the most significant effect on the size of dividend payments.
