The purpose of the article is the theoretical systematization of scientific approaches to the development of startup projects as a possibility of obtaining a commercialized effect based on combined implementation tools. The article presents a meta-analysis of evolutionary ideas about the development of startup projects in the global space from the standpoint of marketing, team-building, venture and innovative approaches. The directions of research on the formation of the startup environment are summarized: the construction of innovative business models, conditions for the creation of startup teams, the mechanism of venture investment of a startup, the implementation of startup solutions in the post-pandemic period of COVID-19. The author’s scheme for the implementation of projects in the startup format with the possibility of entering the stage of commercialization has been developed. The analysis of the forms of organization of startups in the form of small innovative enterprises in the educational environment is carried out, the dynamics of the development of startup ideas at the level of federal districts is presented. The key directions of support and development of startups in the educational environment are proposed – infrastructural, innovative, investment, partnership, economic, social. The results of the study can be used in updating strategic plans for the development of educational institutions as an additional source of investment profits and effective capital investments, as well as by executive authorities as an addition to the regional development strategy of the subject of the Russian Federation.
The article discusses the concept and essence of strategic personnel management, defines the elements necessary for strategic personnel management, as well as its varieties, depending on the goals pursued. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the personnel development strategy of a modern enterprise. When writing the work, such methods as system analysis and synthesis, classification, analogy, deductive analysis were used. The starting point for the study was the consideration of a strategic approach to the personnel management of the enterprise. The definition of personnel management was obtained by analyzing the scientific literature on the selected topic. Based on the accumulated and theoretically interpreted material, conclusions were drawn about the features of strategic personnel management.
In the course of the conducted research, it was found that in conditions of high competition and economic crises, the personnel strategy is interesting because it is aimed at creating conditions that allow the organization to attract and retain valuable employees and use them effectively through human resource planning, determining the needs for qualifications and competence; providing resources from internal reserves.
It is revealed that it is necessary to apply new tools that work on the basis of flexible methodologies, universal quality, a system of continuous improvement and management. This implies the adaptation of strategic management processes to the current economic, social and technological changes in order to implement new trends based on a more resistant foundation and growth. In order for adaptation to be successful, the company must have qualified human capital — academic and technological.
The theoretical significance of the work consists in a deeper and more complete understanding of the basics of personnel management and its development in conditions of economic and political turbulence. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the knowledge gained in the activities of real enterprises to improve the quality characteristics of the work of personnel and increase the efficiency of the enterprise itself.
The purpose of the article is to assess the dynamics of key indicators of the FMCG goods market in the Belgorod region. The article presents the main trends in the development of the FMCG market in the pandemic and post-pandemic periods. Among them is the growth of the regional market of consumer goods, as well as a significant increase in the share of online sales in the total volume of retail trade. Analysis methods were used: SWOT analysis, dynamic series method, comparison method. The statistical analysis of the indicators of the regional consumer goods market revealed the growth factors and limitations of the FMCG market development, as well as the peculiarities of consumer behavior in the changed socio-economic conditions. The results of the research conducted in the article allowed us to identify promising areas of the regional FMCG market: the digital transformation of the consumer goods market; the growth of local players in the FMCG food segment of the region.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the current economic state of the European Union in the context of the progressive energy crisis. The article characterizes the importance of energy as the most important area of human economic activity for the world economy, identifies the causes and scale of the current energy crisis, examines the directions of countering the energy crisis in the European Union on the example of Germany and France. Within the framework of the conducted research, both general scientific methods (abstraction, analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison) and methods of comparative legal and content analysis are used. The analysis showed that the crisis phenomena in the energy industry are predetermined by three main groups of causes - natural, geopolitical and economic. The article substantiates the characteristics of the European Union as the center of the modern energy crisis, indicating the conditions for the emergence of a crisis situation in Europe in recent years, which are not related to the special military operation conducted by the Russian Federation in Ukraine. In conclusion, the article substantiates the lack of a strategic nature of the anti-crisis policy of the European Union in the energy sector. The results of the conducted research can be useful for economists involved in the world economy and international economic relations, as well as for undergraduates, undergraduates and postgraduates.
In the conditions of increasing competition in international business, leaders with creative thinking, capable of generating and implementing creative ideas, are becoming more and more in demand. A modern leader who brings creative ideas to life is able to lead his team to high effective results. Hence, the purpose of the study is formulated as an analysis of understanding the role of a leader in an organization who can influence the team to generate creative ideas. In the course of solving the problem, the author carried out a theoretical analysis of literary sources, summarized foreign scientific experience. The main conclusion of the study: the effective use of promising ideas in organizational conditions requires active leadership, which includes mastering the competencies of the relevant agents of change, since the development of new ideas contributes to more effective management of the process of change. The manager must provide not only psychological support to his subordinates in terms of their implementation.
This article is devoted to the study of the essence and content of crisis management in the modern economy. Based on the analysis of existing interpretations of the concept of "crisis management", given by foreign and domestic scientists, we have given the author's definition of this concept. Based on the study of existing approaches in economics to the interpretation of the concepts of "crisis" and "crisis management", the author's interpretation of these phenomena is given in the article. Also in the article, the author defines the goals, objectives, principles and trends of anti-crisis management in modern conditions of economic development of Russia, since it is the anti-crisis management system that will allow organizing rational management of domestic enterprises. The main problems of anti-crisis management in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as the functioning of domestic enterprises in the conditions of economic sanctions imposed against Russia by Western countries, have been identified.
