The external environment is characterized by uncertainty and volatility, to which the organization should be adapted. Depends on this success functioning of the company. Therefore, monitoring of the external environment is essential for strategic decision-making.

Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the Federal law "On insolvency (bankruptcy)", specifically the regulation of the corporate recovery procedures applied to the individual debtor (consumer bankruptcy). An analysis of results and problems of consumer lending in Russia was made. A comparative analysis of the legislation of two countries was carried out, considered results of use of consumer bankruptcy in the USA and possible problems of its application in Russia. A conclusion on support of standards of bankruptcy of individuals was drawn that according to authors will promote decrease of risks of crediting of banks and solution of a negative situation in the sphere of consumer lending.

Abstract
The focus of this article is the problem of choice of methodological tools for research conducted in the field of system of internal financial control of companies. The authors reveal the limitations of the dominant methodology for a systematic approach here, and as an alternative to propose to use the methodology of the system analysis. This assesses the theoretical and practical consequences caused by the use of system analysis methodology.

Abstract
In article on the basis of conducted survey of teachers and students of Faculty of management of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation key problems of use of educational cases in teaching of administrative disciplines are analyzed. Conducted survey allowed not only to formulate the main problems of application of educational cases, but also to offer the actions promoting creation at faculty of own electronic base of educational and research cases. The characteristic of optimum model of development of methodical ensuring educational process for bachelors and masters of faculty on the basis of application of educational cases became result of the conducted research.

Abstract
Possibilities to gain a competitive advantage in the modern world are reduced. Companies succeeded in copying competitors new products. That’s why valuable brand has become a key difference which can’t be copied. To prove that we want to propose a quote by Dave Trott: "Creativity may well be the last legal unfair competitive advantage we can take to run over the competition". In our article we will consider common principles of establishing a strong brand and analyze its efficiency on domestic companies from telecommunication sphere.
