The article deals with the corporate culture as a significant component for increasing the organizational effectiveness. The author analyses the specifics of organizational culture of one of the most successful American companies – «McDonalds». The necessity of the corporate culture investigation as one of the main link of a human resources management system is stated. On the basis of that analysis the author sorts out the laws of organizational culture development by the example of the prosperous American company «McDonalds». The latter has gained a significant progress in the market of public catering. Its corporate culture has a leading edge because it helps to motivate employees that has an influence on the company’s efficiency. The author supposes that examination of such an advanced company can be very helpful to gain the perspective of organizational culture management.
The early 2010s brought significant changes to the regional trade between neighboring provinces of Japan and Russia. In particular, international cooperation has allowed elimination of illegal deliveries of Russian crabs, and the rationalization of domestic used cars circulation in Japan has reduced stolen vehicles’ exports. In the first case, reduction of the shadow economy caused a sharp drop in trade, indicating a trade-off between sustainability of marine resources and volumes of operations. In the second case, the decrease of Japanese used cars exports to Russia was connected to the state of the Russian automotive market: crisis drop in sales, changes in domestic demand for second-hand cars and protectionist restrictions by the Russian government. Therefore, it is possible to speak about country-specific approaches for elimination of shadow economy in Japan and Russia. These differences should be considered in development of bilateral economic cooperation.

In this article formulates the requirements for human capital to meet the requirements of a market economy in modern conditions.
