Abstract

In work influence of use of instruments of category management on increase of productivity of the FMCG companies is considered. In work bases of category management are studied, and also is shown why the innovative project which has arisen in the world at the end of the XX century and only trying to be fixed in Russia is necessary for successful business as producer, and the retailer. The theoretical analysis of possibility of introduction of the best world practices on the market of Russia is studied. Hypotheses of increase of productivity of activity of the companies as a result of introduction of the innovative project are tested. Prerequisites of the analysis of consumers and demand on the basis of panel data on buyers, and also ABC analysis model which allows to measure quantitatively productivity of business in connection with categorization application are considered.

Abstract

In work features of formation and development of competitiveness of the Russian industrial companies of petrochemical branch are considered. As object of researches the JSC SKTB Katalizator company – the leader on production and export of catalysts in Russia, working at the Russian and international market is chosen over 15 years. On the example of the company with use the case method is tested a hypothesis that the most perspective model of formation of competitive advantages of the modern Russian petrochemical enterprise is the model focused on increase of competitiveness of products. Use of this model will allow the enterprises of branch to increase efficiency of the activity in the world market or successfully to enter the world market. Other tested hypothesis is that in the conditions of the state strategy of import substitution the enterprises of this branch have considerable opportunities for increase of efficiency of the activity and competitiveness of products in the Russian market that can give incentive for the subsequent exit to a foreign market.

Abstract

In work extent of influence of social networks is considered (in given by a case on a social network the author understands a platform, online service or the website intended for construction, reflection and the organization of social relationship on the Internet), used by the companies, on their growth, development, expansion of a busy share of the market and capture new, increase of competitiveness of products, and also on value creation for clients. The hypothesis of importance of social networks as at initial levels of development of the companies of small and medium business, including in connection with possibility of attraction of necessary financial resources and receiving access to information of various character, and at the subsequent stages of development is approved. The analysis of cases of the companies which growth happened on big degrees in connection with integration of strategy of development by means of social networks is carried out. Social networks are considered within creation of effective strategy of an exit of the organization on the new target markets, involvement of new clients and advance and adaptation of production of the company to innovations in the current market.

Abstract

In this article, a comparative analysis of the Strategy for the development of the customs service of the Russian Federation until 2020 and the Comprehensive Development Program of the FCS of Russia for the period until 2020 and the identification of the main directions for the development of customs bodies are reviewed. The necessity of modernization of the organizational structure and creation of units providing information and technical equipment and management of information technologies was identified and justified.

Abstract

In terms of price reduction for oil on the global market grows the actuality of national companies effectiveness methods. Some effectiveness reserves are hiding in the outer organizational innovations. Innovations of this kind are realized through soft methods of company integration into industrial agglomerations, supply chains\value chains and other organizational structures, using contract relations. With this goal strategic company alliances are also formed, as well as industrial clusters and technology platforms. Prerequisites of these methods are demonopolization and diversification of the economy.

Abstract

In the article the importance and formulate ways to improve corporate governance to effectively address the problem of structural changes in the economy through the privatization of large state-owned assets. It is shown that the evaluation (self-evaluation) the quality of corporate governance is to determine the degree of compliance with the principles enshrined Corporate Governance Code. It is the most common practice in large companies with state participation, examples of unfair performance requirements of these principles. In conclusion points to the need for the active participation of representatives of the expert and the scientific community in the practice of effective implementation of the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code in the joint-stock companies with state participation to increase their investment attractiveness in preparation for privatization.
